This Training Course agreement is made between PhilanTech Consulting LLC and the Trainee, whose name is entered above. The trainee hereby acknowledges full participation in the PhilanTech Consulting LLC online training for a duration of 6 months. Considering the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties set forth below, the Parties agree to the following responsibilities

The Trainee hereby agrees to pay a non-refundable training fee of $3000 (three thousand US Dollars), which includes a registration fee of $500. The registration fee is required within the first two weeks of training. Afterward, a monthly payment plan can be arranged until the total fee of $3000 is paid off. Payments shall be made through a bank account provided by PhilanTech Consulting LLC. Additionally, it is important to note that if a trainee fails to adhere to any payment arrangement setup, PhilanTech Consulting reserves the right to terminate the agreement.

The trainee hereby agrees to attend all training sessions, participate in group works, complete all assignments, and projects throughout the training. The trainee also agrees not to redistribute or share training materials or any property of PhilanTech Consulting LLC without the written consent of PhilanTech Consulting LLC. The trainee also agrees to pay their training fees as outline in the training fee agreement

PhilanTech Consulting LLC will provide the course syllabus, textbooks, software, class recordings, and resources necessary for the training. Classes will be video recorded, shared with students and if necessary, uploaded in the PhilanTech Consulting LLC social medial channels. PhilanTech Consulting LLC will provide the guidance, interview preparation, resume building, job searching/job coaching, mentorship programs and follow up throughout the training.

Trainee has read and agreed to all the answers to the FAQs.

The parties agree to use all reasonable means to amicably resolve in good faith any dispute or controversy arising out of this Agreement.

Trainee waves all claims against PhilanTech Consulting LLC for indirect damages and trainee’s claims against PhilanTech Consulting for direct damages are limited to the total amount trainee paid under this agreement. This agreement is governed by Minnesota Law.
